Covenant Home Health

Covenant Home Health, we are dedicated to providing compassionate care of the highest quality. We are a Medicare-certified home health agency, and a member of Curaspan's Referral Center Network. We provide a wide range of skilled nursing services, supportive home health services, as well as occupational, physical and speech therapies. Once we receive physician's orders, the patient's start of care takes place within 24-48 hours (same day if required for wound care, infusion or g-tube). We also provide Translational Care Services to monitor any changes or declines in the patient's health status and function.
