Ingredients:
- 1 head cauliflower, chopped into smaller florets
- ⅔ cups bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1-2 egg whites
- ⅓ cup buffalo sauce
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a blender or food processor, pulse bread crumbs until fine.
- In a medium bowl, combine bread crumbs and onion powder.
- Roll individual cauliflower florets in egg white and then bread crumb mixture, and place in a larger bowl.
- Once all florets are “battered,” pour buffalo sauce over top and toss.
- Spread on baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
