Sunflower Supports Co

Our Adult Day Services Program and Independent Living Program provide individualized supports for adults with disabilities so that they may live independent and productive lives. Skill development, education, recreation and leisure are key components of our day programs. Activities provide a sense of belongingness, personal reward and increase independence and participation in the community. Our highly trained staff provides individual supports to program participants based on their needs, preferences and Person Centered Support Plans. Day activities include gardening in Sunflower Gardens, Meals on Wheels delivery, social outings, arts and crafts, cooking and other leisure activities.
