SMB Disability Solutions Day Program

The Adult Day Program is available to adults ages 55 and older who have been diagnosed with a neurological, physical or developmental disability, brain injury, or mental illness. The SMB Day Program is a recreation, leisure and social program for adults with disabilities designed to provide quality care and life enrichment opportunities. Participants enjoy a variety of educational programming, group activities, crafts, exercise, community outings, and even time to relax if necessary. The Day Program is located on East Frontage Road next to Hwy 52 between 19th and 37th streets. Transportation to and from the program can be arranged through a variety of options.
