Rancho Cordova Adult Day Health Care Center

Our Mission at Rancho Cordova Adult Day Health Care Center is to provide a community-based location that promotes the social, emotional, and physical well being of disabled adults and elderly persons, and to serve as a liaison between the existing health care systems. We strive to decrease hospitalization and emergency room visits, minimize isolation and depressive episodes and increase mental stimulation.
