Pillar’s Hospice Care

Hospice care and services are delivered to the patient in their family member's home, assisted living center, group home, or wherever the patient lives. Hospice care offers a way for families to prioritize a loved one’s wishes and comfort them and their family and friend in the patient’s final days, weeks, or months. Providing patients with the physical, emotional, and spiritual care they need at either their home or a family member’s home is all part of our commitment to improving our patients’ quality of life in this difficult time.
