Lannik Law, LLC is an Elder Law and Estate Planning Law Firm with offices located in Newton and Mashpee, Massachusetts. Founder Susana Lannik, is a Certified Elder Law Attorney; member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), and the Massachusetts Chapter of NAELA. She also is involved with Wealth Council, a well-known Estate Planning group. Lannik Law works with seniors and their families as they address aging and planning issues throughout their adult lives.  Our goal is to create individual plans that suit each person’s needs, in areas such as long-term care planning, in-home care planning, special needs planning, and Medicaid planning.  These plans serve as a road map for our clients to navigate through their lives.  Our approach is to ensure the documents and services we offer are developed specifically for you. The documents we prepare as a result of a client’s plan have to work for each individual in both Elder Law, and where appropriate, estate taxation areas. Some of the documents we might draft for you are Wills, Trusts, Durable Powers of Attorneys, HIPAA Releases, Health Care Proxies, and Advance Directives. We also serve our families by working through Medicaid Applications; or Probating an estate.
