Capital Nephrology Medical Group (CNMG) is Sacramento's largest provider group for Nephrology Services since 1983. Our physicians are committed to providing quality care to patients with acute kidney failure, hypertension, polycystic kidney disease, chronic kidney disease, hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and other kidney related illnesses. In addition to our multiple office locations, we have an Access Center with an array of quality services to our dialysis and pre-dialysis patients. The Access Center is accredited by the Accreditation Association of Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC). The accreditation signifies that we have met the rigorous standards of a nationally recognized third party. We have both interventional nephrologists and a vascular surgeon to accommodate our patient's needs. CNMG has a Clinical Research department with an active participation in clinical trials to assist the development and the collection of important clinical data needed to receive approval of new medicines that will help manage and prolong our patient's quality of life safely.
